I was raised in the inner city of Los Angeles by a single mom. Though her intentional, loving guidance, My life journey led me to excell through a military H.S. being an elite University of Oregon athlete, Fortune 500 sales and business development professional, a business and relationship strategist, win CBS’s Emmy Award Winning, Amazing Race and now executive coach, pouring into others from my life experience.
The E.D.G.E. blends performance, emotional intelligence, leadership, wellness, and transformational experiences. Uchenna's unique approach inspires and guides men to achieve their fullest potential.
I've competed at the Olympic level. Led sales teams inside Fortune 500 organizations. Won The Amazing Race. Built businesses and spent years helping people navigate the moments that define them.
That's not a résumé flex, it's context.
Because when I sit across from someone facing a major transition, a plateau, or a version of their life that no longer fits, I'm not drawing from theory. I'm drawing from experience across arenas most coaches have never entered.
