EDGE Emerge
WHO THIS IS FOR?
EDGE Emerge is designed for young men between the ages of 14 and 24 who are at a defining point in their development — high school students, college students, and young adults beginning to shape who they are and the direction they're heading.
This isn't for young men who have everything figured out. It's for the ones who are willing to do the work to get there.
WHAT WE WORK ON
The curriculum isn't built around topics.
It's built around the real questions young men are actually asking — even if they haven't said them out loud yet.
Who am I, really?
Identity, values, and self-knowledge — building a foundation that doesn't depend on external validation or other people's expectations.
Where am I going?
Goal-setting with intention. Not just what you want, but why it matters and what it's going to take
How do I handle pressure?
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the mental tools to navigate difficulty without shutting down or acting out.
How do I show up for the people around me?
Communication, relationships, accountability — what it actually means to be someone others can count on.
What does it mean to be a man?
Leadership, character, responsibility, and purpose — explored honestly, without pretense.
Uchenna's ROLE
Uchenna brings something to young men that is increasingly rare: a positive male role model who has actually done it. Competed at the Olympic level. Led in boardrooms. Built businesses. Won on national television. Failed. Rebuilt. Kept moving.
He doesn't coach from a textbook. He coaches from a life — and young men can tell the difference immediately.
"I don't just teach young men about discipline and purpose. I show them what it looks like when someone actually lives it, and I create a space for young men to step into their own"

WHAT YOUNG MEN WALK AWAY WITH
A clearer sense of who they are
Not who their parents want them to be. Not who social media tells them to be. Who they actually are.
Better decisions
The mental tools to slow down, think clearly, and choose with intention.
Confidence they've earned
Not borrowed confidence. The kind built through honest work and real follow-through.
Direction
A sense of where they're going and what it's going to take to get there.
Accountability
The experience of being held to a standard — and discovering they can meet it.
A relationship with someone who believes in them outside of their immediate family
Sometimes that's the most important thing of all.
Getting Started
Every NEW engagement begins with a complimentary meet-and-greet.
This conversation includes the young man, and where appropriate, a parent or guardian. We explore goals, discuss what coaching looks like in practice, and determine together whether this is the right fit. No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation.
